Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's message through lawyers:
“I have not assigned the task of negotiating with the establishment to anyone. I will not do the deal before or now. If I had wanted the deal, I would have done it 2 years ago, in which two years of silence were demanded in exchange for not taking any action against me. Ali Amin Gandapur and Azam Swati had certainly expressed their desire for negotiations, but in my opinion, negotiations are meaningless because the intention of the other party is simply to borrow some more time instead of solving the problems. Ali Amin and Azam Swati wanted to negotiate for themselves. I have clearly stated before that as a political party, there is no wrong in negotiations, nor have we ever closed the doors to negotiations, but the real focus of the negotiations should be Pakistan, the supremacy of the constitution and law, and the public interest, and not the desire for any kind of deal for me or my wife.

The process will not move forward until Chief Minister Ali Amin and the senior political leadership of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa give a detailed briefing regarding the Mines and Minerals Bill.
For the past seven months, my colleagues and my sisters and lawyers have not been allowed to meet me and for a month now, Nawaz Sharif was allowed to meet me on a daily basis, while I am “horrified” that despite the orders of the higher judiciary, my meetings are being disrupted even on the specified days. Even my children are not allowed to talk on call, my personal physician is not allowed to reach me. I have also directed the legal committee to file a contempt of court petition against the jail administration.

The treatment of Afghan refugees is extremely deplorable. The powerful mafia is ready to go to any extent to prolong its power. The current policy adopted against Afghanistan will only fuel hatred and increase terrorism. Our innocent citizens and security personnel are already being martyred on a daily basis. A resolution should be presented in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly against this policy, demanding an increase in the deportation time of refugees. The federal government should allow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to talk to the Afghan government because they are being affected a lot as a province due to terrorism. Instead of fanning this fire, try to extinguish the issue with understanding.
Election tribunals are practically inefficient. Instead of fulfilling their constitutional duties, their entire focus is on protecting the mafia. A resolution should be passed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly demanding that the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court instruct the judges of the election tribunals to decide all the pending election petitions of the PTI as soon as possible.

Expressing differences between party members in public forums and the media is tantamount to giving advantage to your opponents. Instead of making differences public, ensure that matters are resolved in a better manner in party forums.
"Peace Be Upon Him is the only federal party in Pakistan that can launch a protest movement across the country at any time on its own. Any party is weak if the people are not with it. At this time, the whole of Pakistan stands with Peace Be Upon Him. But we wish that we can unite the other parties on the agreed points. I direct our political leadership to quickly complete the process of contacting existing and potential allies, finalize the alliance and announce the future course of action. All options, including protests, are on the table. The strategy will be announced soon."
